1. Digital Products

- All products sold on our website are digital downloads (ebooks, guides, or digital resources).

- Once your payment is processed, you will receive access within 24 hours via email/download link.

- Because the product is a digital product, it cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Exceptions (Refunds Only in These Cases)

We may issue a refund only if:

- You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.

- You did not receive access to your digital product within 48 hours of purchase (after contacting our support team).
